Our Team

Our leadership team is composed of thoughtful, experienced professionals with backgrounds in transportation, finance, accounting, law enforcement, and K12 education. We share a commitment to building the best possible specialized student transportation programs for our communities.

Luke Stuby, Managing Director

Luke spent the last 3 years working at American Student Transportation Partners as Chief of Staff and Director of Alternative Transportation, and recently stepped into the role of  managing director for Assisted Student Transportation. Prior to his role at ASTP, Luke spent almost a decade as a manager with PwC’s Pricing and Profitability consulting practice, advising clients across various industries. Luke has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College.

Scott Florez, VP of Operations

Scott has over 30 years of operations experience providing safe, reliable, and professional student transportation services in Kansas and Missouri. Scott is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Assisted Student Transportation and All Point Transportation. Scott has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Baker University.

Tamara Wilson, VP of Finance

Tamara has over 25 years of experience providing billing, payroll, and accounting for Assisted Student Transportation and All Point Transportation. Tamara has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washburn University and is based in Topeka, KS.

Jodi Andrews, Student Transportation Director

Jodi began her career with Assisted Student in 2015, after a 30-year career in law enforcement, retiring as a captain in the Shawnee, KS police department. Jodi is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our student transportation division, which includes interviewing, hiring, supervising, and supporting drivers and aides. Jodi has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Tim McCue, Safety Coordinator

Tim began his career with Assisted Student in 2021, after retiring from a 33-year career in law enforcement with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). As safety coordinator, Tim supervises our safety and training program, responds to accidents and incidents, and completes routine video reviews to ensure drivers, students, and the public are always safe.
